He is an alumnus of Draper University in Silicon Valley and graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management in General Management with distinction and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Studies. Chase Miller thrives on facilitating business growth, both in his own pursuits and those of his clients. His entrepreneurial spirit was first ignited with Synced Digital, a web design agency working with Alberta startups. As his clientele expanded, so did his vision, fueling the co-founding inception of Impact Applications on April 27, 2023.

Lifelong lessons from hockey have deeply ingrained vital values in him, including leadership, teamwork, and an invigorating competitive edge, which serves as his strategic superpower. Whether spearheading his own projects or navigating a client's journey, Chase dedicates himself unreservedly, ensuring his utmost commitment and superior effort consistently shine through.

Ken Lee is a top-tier sales leader and strategic optimizer with a proven track record of acting as a primary revenue driver. Prior to joining Impact Applications, he operated as the sole rainmaker at a boutique consulting firm, where he personally generated 90% of the company's revenue and grew ARR from $2M to over $4M within a single year.

Driven by a deep obsession with efficiency, ROI, and systemic optimization, Ken possesses a unique capacity for cognitive empathy, the ability to rapidly read a room, understand subconscious emotional drivers, and strategically maneuver high-stakes negotiations to close deals. Ken applies his optimization mindset to both his corporate systems and his personal pursuits, which include managing a real estate portfolio, gaming, personal finance, and culinary experimentation.

Shiva Souri is an organizational capacity-builder with over a decade of experience across entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship ecosystems. She works at the intersection of innovation, people, and systems, helping organizations build the structures required to grow, adapt, and scale. Throughout her career, she has partnered with clients across all sizes and sectors, from early-stage startups to large manufacturing firms, government institutions, and prestigious Silicon Valley technology companies.

Shiva holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Capacity Building from the Levene School of Business, University of Regina. She is the founder of a technology startup, the co-founder of multiple ventures, and has served as a business advisor, competition judge, and coach to more than 150 founders globally. Known for her strategic mindset and decisive activation, she brings clarity to complexity and quickly aligns organizational DNA with repeatable, scalable pathways to sustainable growth.

Ujwal Timilsina is an experienced business analyst with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and aligning technology with business goals and stakeholder requirements. Elmer Son D. Trinidad is an experienced operations and executive support professional with a strong background in management, consulting, and client services across the U.S. and U.K. markets. Since joining Impact Applications, he has leveraged more than five years of experience supporting C-suite executives, startups, and established businesses with a characteristically reliable, adaptable, and highly detail-oriented approach.

Elmer graduated university in the Philippines with a Mechanical Engineering degree, bringing a strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills to his operations, document management, research, and process improvement workflows.
